With a strong academic foundation from Loyola College, Madras Institute of Technology, and Case Western University, USA, he has played a key role in advancing material and manufacturing technologies. He also actively shares his expertise on transitioning to modern manufacturing practices.

His leadership extends beyond BBL, having served as Chairman, CII Coimbatore Zone (2017-2018), and being honored with the Outstanding Alumnus Award from MIT Alumni Association (2019).
