Bimite has two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Hour and Sembium. The plants follow different manufacturing processes to offer different solutions for different applications.
BBL has the “Water Atomisation Process Technology” that performs continuous production of metal powder. This ensures that Bimite delivers high quality irregular shaped powders at various micron levels as per customers requirement.
BBL also has the “Gas Atomisation Process Technology” that atomises molten material with inert gas jets into fine metal droplets that cool down during their fall in the atomising tower. These spherically shaped powders are then collected and supplied at various micron levels as per customers specifications.
