Battery Pack Division

Bimetal Bearings Ltd., part of the Amalgamations Group, has ventured into the EV sector with a Battery Pack Division, focusing on sustainable and advanced energy solutions.

In February 2024, BBL launched a Lithium-Ion Battery Pack project in Coimbatore, producing 100Wh to 30kWh battery packs for Automotive, Agricultural, Robotics, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

• Capacity Range: 100Wh (E-Bike) to 30kWh, catering to diverse industries.
• Applications: Designed for EVs, agricultural machinery, robotics, and ESS.
• Technology: NMC & LFP lithium-ion chemistries, compatible with Cylindrical, Prismatic, and Pouch form factors, with an in-house customizable BMS.
• Sustainability: Compact & customizable designs, minimizing environmental impact.
